Virtuality by SienarDesign Virtuality by SienarDesign
Before Apple shows their new stuff (and i'll be called a copycat ;-) and since Qupzilla is now Qt5 here

github.com/luebking/virtuality

For Qt4 & Qt5, - No KWin decoration use the Bespin window decoration for now. They're "compatible" and i won't add a specific one for KWin 4

Well today, the maximize window is almost like full screen mode, but I not make full screen mode (the difference is in the max/min/close buttons)

This has little to do with the visual style - maximization is provided by the windowmanager (kwin?) and the area is constrained by "struts", set by panels.

If you're using BE::Shell, please file a bug against it[1] and attach your ~/.kde/share/config/be.shell as well as an output of "xrandr -q"
Also confirm you're using KWin as windowmanager ("ps ax | grep kwin") - it's supposed to work w/ all NETWM compliant windowmanagers, but I want to rule out the WM as culprit ;-)

If you're using plasma or another desktop shell, you'll have to bug there =)

I'm trying the translucency ... this turn to translucent all BE::Shell (the wallpaper is white, but with translucency the wallpaper is grey) ... yesterday the maximize windows ocuppy all screen (the panels are below maximized windows), today no. I will keep the transluceny for see anything ...

Virtuality is a style for Qt - it affects all Qt applications (notice that "KWin" is the window manager - actually a module that virtuality does so far not provide a special decoration for)

Can you somewhere upload a screenshot of your issue?
BE::Shell is a desktop type window and those are by the opacity setting.

Please update virtuality AND be.shell - they disagreed on what is a desktop type window ;-)

My bad, the windows maximize works fine. But I think the translucency of Virtuality should only affect Kwin. After all, Virtuality is just a style for KWin and not to BE: Shell.

Looks cute, mmm but this support transparency?

You mean like turning the entire window translucent and ensure it's blurred?
No, but could.

Otherwise the concept does not really fit the idea of partial translucency (since there's no difference between the "background" and the "content" area.

Well Virtuality could support transparency (background-color: rgba(0,0,0,X)) like transparency (background-color: rgba(0,0,0,X)) in BE::Shell panel with the option  "CastShadow=false" ...

Well I like the transparency (and translucency) in BE::Shell and I get the same with Bespin, so I can have a consistent desktop, both in panels and windows applications. Well I think it's time to try other things. Regards.

Try the qtchooser package.

Another issue is that apparently moc cannot handle non-ascii paths:

Eg. if your username was "Štěpán"

Is this the Qt4 or the Qt5 build?
On what platform? (Linux/Windows/OS X ;-)
What is "cmake --version" ?

qt4 on kubuntu 14.04, cmake version 2.8.12.2
I probably miss some dev dependencies I guess...
